Stone soup: Reformed

Stone soup

How to make soup from a stone

Step 1: Ask a village to borrow a pot and a spot for a fire

Step 2: Fill up the pot with water by yourself, people will naturally come with help

Step 3: Start the fire and explain to the people: Dried out soup is like small stones of broth

Step 4: Add in the broth to the pot, as it came with hope from the last village.

Step 5: Ask this village to donate produce they don’t want to use, someone has something that’s bruised

Step 6: Say hello while chopping the inedible bits of carrot away, people will help in some way

Step 7: Ask the children if they can sometimes shoo birds away from the pot while they play.

Step 8: Add in some herbs you collected on the way, but only the ones you have asked to be safe

Step 9: Ask if anyone has any stories or juggles or fun while the smell of the soup relaxes the mood

Step 10: Enjoy the sunset while the soup boils

Step 11: Soup is enough to feed everyone

Step 12: Clean with help and scrape out the broth.

Step 13: Wander on.

The summer will come.

Wonder on.
